Day Old Sushi is a sketch comedy group based in the Vancouver area.

It was formed within the confines of BCIT in September 2008. Originally created for two school video productions, but was kept going after the guys' schooling ended because of the success it had and the total enjoyment the members had and still have in making comedy.

Day Old Sushi is self contained, since they write, act, direct, produce, shoot, and edit all their sketches.

Day Old Sushi consists of: Adam Kennedy, Justin Reimer, Anthony Munoz, Romel Catap, Dalyn Forsythe, and Adam Plywaczewski.

We are currently in the process of making new videos which will be posted on this website when they are complete.
As well, new sketches and live performances will be shown at Vancouver comedy shows soon!
